In 1981, after working for Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company for ten years, Donald L. Muirheid, Jr. established DLM Communications. From the beginning, Muirheid has believed that good service can be provided at an affordable price.

In July 1994, DLM Communications was incorporated and became a subsidiary of Muirheid Enterprises Inc. One year later, Mrs. Vickie Lenhof-Muirheid became Owner/President. Mrs. Lenhof-Muirheid brought expertise in management from Cincinnati Bell, where she had previously managed a large customer account and worked in the Marketing/Administrative department for 23 years.
